Grounding Package

Service Description

This package includes (5) Two-hour sessions and (2) thirty-minute check-in calls. The Grounding Package is ideally for clients who need more than a one hour session and time for processing all information. Our sessions are paced at your speed and level. All sessions in this package occur within (60) days! As I learn more alongside you on your journey, we may laugh and learn together. You are not alone.
